Both Englewood and Glendale run their own trash and bulky programs, and like every free municipal pickup around the metro they come with the same catch: they run on a slow cycle, cap you at a handful of items set at the curb yourself, and skip appliances, electronics, and tires entirely. So the exact things left behind in a move-out or a basement clear — the fridge, the window AC, the old TV, the mattress — are the things the free program won't touch.
