Junk Removal in
Hampden & Southmoor Park

Southeast Denver up against the Denver Tech Center edge (80231 / 80237) — condo towers, garden-apartment complexes, and mid-century ranch homes, with Russian, Ukrainian, and Ethiopian families rooted along the Monaco and Havana corridors. The bread-and-butter here is DTC-adjacent apartment and condo turnover plus quiet downsizing and move-out jobs — and we do them in the language you're most comfortable in, for one flat fair price. Carried down the stairs, no surcharge, no Colorado sales tax on it.

Condos, garden apartments, and the DTC edge

Hampden and Southmoor Park sit where residential Denver runs into the office towers of the Denver Tech Center, and the housing reflects it: condo buildings, dense garden-apartment complexes, and mid-century single-family ranches on quiet cul-de-sacs, all within a quick drive of the DTC. That mix means the work is almost always turnover — a renter's lease ends, an owner sells a condo, an older resident downsizes out of the ranch they've had for forty years. Fast, clean, whole-unit clears, one after another.

What sets this pocket of southeast Denver apart is who lives here. The Monaco and Havana corridors hold established Russian, Ukrainian, and Ethiopian communities, and most junk-removal outfits don't think about that at all. We do: tell us what language you speak when you send your photos, and we'll get you a crew you can actually talk it through with. The quote doesn't change — it's the same flat, fair number — but the experience does. And because Colorado doesn't tax the service, the price we send back from the photo is the whole price.

What we haul in Hampden & Southmoor

We speak your language

This is the piece the national franchises skip. A move-out is stressful enough without having to negotiate it in a second language over a phone tree. Along Monaco, Havana, and Hampden Avenue, we book and coordinate with Russian-, Ukrainian-, and Amharic-speaking customers in the language they prefer — and where we can't match a crew directly, we still make sure every detail of the job and the price is clear before anyone shows up. Same flat pricing, no upsell, no surprise. It's the same "we speak your language, fair flat price" promise that carries across the line into Aurora next door, where Denver's immigrant and refugee communities are largest.

Apartment and condo turnover, carried down — no surcharge

Many of the garden-apartment complexes off Monaco and Hampden Avenue are two- and three-story walk-ups with no elevator, and the condo buildings have their own stair-and-corridor realities. Carrying a couch or a mattress down those flights is where a cheap curbside outfit taps out — and where they'd tack on a fee if they did it at all. We don't. The stair-carry is in the flat price: Denver is flat ground, so it's just the stairs, no hill surcharge, no per-flight nonsense. A sofa is $170, a queen mattress $139, a dresser $169, and a whole unit prices as a truck-fill, so a landlord or an owner on a tight turnaround gets it emptied and swept in one visit.

The city's bulky pickup vs. a same-day move-out

Denver's free Large Item Pickup exists, but it doesn't fit a move-out. It runs only about once every nine weeks, takes a maximum of five large items at the curb, and it excludes appliances, electronics, and tires — so the very things left behind in an apartment turnover (the fridge, the window AC, the old TV) are the things it won't touch. On a lease deadline you don't have nine weeks and you don't have five items; you have a full unit that has to be empty by a date. We come once, carry it all down and out, and route what's usable to Goodwill of Colorado, ARC Thrift Stores, and Habitat for Humanity ReStore. A mattress can't legally go to the curb for regular Denver trash anyway, so we take it to a recycler; electronics go to an e-cycler under Colorado's landfill ban; and every load is tarped, which also keeps the disposal fee from doubling for an uncovered truck.

What Hampden customers say

★★★★★

"They booked the whole thing with me in Russian, which never happens with these companies. Emptied my mother's condo off Monaco — furniture, an old fridge, boxes — flat price, carried down three floors, no extra charge. Respectful and fast."

— Irina V., Southmoor Park
★★★★★

"I turn over units in a garden complex near the DTC and I've used them a dozen times. Walk-ups, no elevator, always carried down without a surcharge. Same-day when I need it, one flat number every time."

— Kevin O., Hampden
★★★★★

"Downsized out of the ranch we'd had since the eighties. They were patient, let us set aside what we were keeping, hauled the rest and donated it. Fair price for a big job, nothing added at the end."
