What makes 80216 different from a purely residential neighborhood is the industrial edge. Between the cottages and the rail lines are shops, warehouses, yards, and small businesses, and when one changes hands, clears out, or just needs the back lot emptied, the load is a mix of household and light-commercial: metal shelving, wood pallets, old equipment, scrap furniture, tires, and piled clutter. We handle it the same way we handle a house — flat-priced from photos, hauled in one trip, tarped so the disposal fee doesn't double for an uncovered load.
