Since June 30, 2016, the City & County of Denver has required anyone collecting or hauling solid waste, junk, C&D debris, or bulky items out of Denver to hold a Denver waste-hauler license (Municipal Code Sec. 48-61) — with annual renewal, the company name and phone on the truck, and disposal receipts kept for at least a year.
