Today those homes are interleaved with new infill condos and townhomes, and the neighborhood is mid-change. That shapes the two jobs we do here — and how we do them. When a long-tenured family downsizes or sells a legacy home, the cleanout is a personal, careful process, not a teardown; we work at your pace, keep whatever you set aside, and treat the home and its history with respect. When a new owner arrives in an infill condo, the job is simpler — move-in debris cleared so they can settle in. We meet both where they are.
Unlike the Sun Belt cities, Five Points homes almost all sit on full basements, and in this dry climate they fill up over the years — furniture, boxes, holiday storage, an old water heater. That's the volume in a legacy-home cleanout, and it's below grade. We carry it all up the basement stairs ourselves, so you never lift a box, then load it out and haul it in one flat-priced trip. Denver's Large Item Pickup is real but narrow: it runs only about once every nine weeks, takes five large items at the curb, and excludes appliances, electronics, and tires.
