RiNo — the River North Art District, spanning 80205 and 80216 — is Denver's Wynwood: a former industrial and rail-adjacent zone reinvented as galleries, print shops, maker studios, breweries, distilleries, and creative offices, with brand-new loft mid-rises going up between them. So the work splits cleanly. On the commercial and creative side, we handle gallery and installation deinstalls, brewery and restaurant FF&E (fixtures, furniture, and equipment when a concept changes or a lease ends), studio and warehouse turnover, dead-inventory and prop purges, and office e-waste. On the residential side, the new creative-loft condos turn over like any high-rise — sectionals split for the service elevator, a COI filed with management, everything out the dock. One flat photo-quoted number covers either.

COIs for the new RiNo loft buildings
The newer creative-loft and mid-rise buildings won't release the freight elevator to a vendor without a Certificate of Insurance naming building management as additionally insured — typically a $1M general-liability policy — plus a reserved dock window. We carry the coverage, file the COI, and book the elevator before the day, so nothing stalls at the front desk. And because there's no curb to stage on in these buildings, everything routes out the dock the way management expects. There's no high-rise surcharge — Denver is flat and so is our price.
Colorado bans e-waste from the landfill — so we recycle it
Since 2013, Colorado law keeps TVs, monitors, computers, laptops, and printers out of state landfills, and Denver's free Large Item Pickup excludes electronics entirely. That's exactly the pile a creative office, a studio, or a gallery ends up with — dead monitors, old towers, a printer graveyard. A hauler who does this right diverts it to a certified e-cycler rather than dumping it illegally. We do, and we keep the disposal receipts a licensed Denver waste hauler is required to hold.

Can you provide a COI for my RiNo loft building?
Yes. The newer RiNo creative-loft and mid-rise buildings ask for a Certificate of Insurance naming management before a hauler touches the freight elevator. We file the COI, reserve the elevator and dock window, and clear the unit — no high-rise surcharge, it's in the flat price.
Do you take e-waste — monitors, computers, printers, TVs?
Yes, and we recycle it properly. Colorado bans electronics from its landfills, and Denver's Large Item Pickup won't take them at all, so a studio's dead monitors or an office's old computers genuinely need a hauler. We route e-waste to a certified e-cycler.
How much does a RiNo clear-out cost?
