No — you can't put a mattress out for regular Denver trash. Denver's Large Item Pickup only takes it bagged and wrapped, and only about every nine weeks. We haul it the same day and route it to a mattress recycler. See mattress removal.

The LoDo, RiNo, and Cherry Creek towers require a Certificate of Insurance naming building management (typically $1M general liability) before the freight elevator can be used, and there's no curb — everything goes out the loading dock. We file the COI, reserve the elevator and dock window, and the wait is already in the flat price.
We route usable furniture and goods to donation — Goodwill of Colorado, ARC Thrift Stores, Habitat for Humanity ReStore, and the Salvation Army — and recycle appliances and electronics per Colorado's rules, rather than dumping. On estate and downsizing jobs, donation can mean a tax receipt.
