Fronting them is the "SoBo" stretch of South Broadway, Denver's antique and vintage spine, lined with dealers, record shops, and the Mayan and Hi-Dive. Lane one is the historic home: estate cleanouts and decades of accumulation inside a Victorian where every doorway is narrow, every staircase winds, and the rooms are small.
