Barely, and usually not for renters at all. The City & County of Denver runs a free Large Item Pickup program (scheduled through Denver 311 · 720-913-1311), but it's built for single-family trash customers, not apartment buildings — most Cap Hill walk-ups use a private hauler and aren't on the city route in the first place. Even where it does apply, it runs only about once every nine weeks, caps you at five large items, is curbside-only, and excludes appliances, electronics and tires entirely.
